Job Summary Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (12-month Contract) Responsibilities: Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Communication: Provide follow-up correspondence regarding recruiting status via phone and email. Onsite Assessments: Organize and coordinate onsite written assessments for candidates. Recruitment Reporting: Track recruitment activities and provide weekly updates on candidate status. Candidate Experience: Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and streamline scheduling. Process Education: Educate clients on the recruiting process and roles involved. Travel and Accommodation: Arrange candidate travel and accommodation for domestic and international interviews as needed. Vendor Management: Manage recruitment vendors/agencies and ensure regular updates on candidate status. General Support: Assist in coordinating other recruitment activities as needed. Recruitment System Management: Update candidate records in the recruiting system (HIRE). Skills Assessment: Use recruiting tools, including tests and assignments, to assess candidates' skills. Candidate Reimbursements: Coordinate reimbursement for candidates, especially for international or domestic travel. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency with basic web-based tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in HR or a related field. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, or international work environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other technical tracking systems/software. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Contract: 12-month Contract
