Support the Sales unit with its activities to generate income to the Company Your action shall include: 1. Support the sales unit by providing relevant project offers to customers, clients and consultants 2. Responsible for all technical aspects of the lighting Projects; including but not limited to: i. Selection of products ii. Technical submittals iii. Technical compliance iv. Buildup of costing v. Preparing Quotations, under the direction of sales unit members or Management vi. Provide lighting calculation vii. Take quantities off drawings viii. Allocate lighting layouts in drawings ix. Produce shop drawings 3. Follow up with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders the proceedings of your work 4. Responsible for quality and timely work 5. Communicate with projects stakeholders on behalf the sales unit. 6. Communicate with suppliers, expand range of offered products 7. Manage and maintain a ‘tender-stage’ offers pipeline and ensure all sales offers administration are current using JDE software 8. Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner 9. Manage actively and successfully the Offering process: respond to inquiries, selection of products, technical submittals and compliances 10. Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all Offers are properly executed 11. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements 12. Report monthly visits, projects log and projects status 13. Create and be accountable for all customers Offers and any further documentation, following Debbas Electric procedure 14. Ensure Debbas Electric LLC remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients 15. Protect Company's value by keeping information confidential 16. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations 17. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Skills Needed: - Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Autocad) - Lighting Calculation - Commutation skills - Good English (Spoken & Written)
