Job Summary

As web marketing specialist you will be responsible for the maintenance, management and creation and update of support content of technical support website for our customers.You will be working closely with service marketing and other business units, and will manage the online marketing contents of support site and ensure completion of content on time, remain within budget and meet set objectives. Primary Responsibilities Include: Developing , producing and distributing web content for the support serviceswebsite. Managing creative part of communication like copywriting and editing. Co-ordinate with subject matter experts, service department and legal for website content development. Develop reports, database resource for online campaigns and market development programs. Developing FAQs for various product and services, and introduce new product to the market. Website development for technical articles, user studies and polls, problems alerts and popular software downloads.

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must posses a relevant degree (BE or MCA) with 4-8 yrs of experience in internet marketing with a good understanding of telecom and network infrastructure. Successful candidate must have: Experience in programming, web design, development of content. Excellent Skills in web technologies - like HTML, Active ServerPages and Web designing Tools, Backend Programming in SQL Server 7.0/2K,JavaScript, VBScript and related MS technologies. Understanding of ROI of campaign and good in commercial terms. Experience in telecom industry and good understanding of technology. Well versed with analytical and operation research tools. Working knowledge of Internet statistical measurements, standardsand lexicon. Good in co-ordination with various departments.
