Job Summary Support the Sales unit with its activities to generate income to the CompanyYour action shall include:1.Support the sales unit by providing relevant project offers to customers, clients and consultants2.Responsible for all technical aspects of the lighting Projects; including but not limited to: i.Selection of productsii.Technical submittalsiii.Technical complianceiv.Buildup of costingv.Preparing Quotations, under the direction of sales unit members or Managementvi.Provide lighting calculationvii.Take quantities off drawingsviii.Allocate lighting layouts in drawingsix.Produce shop drawings 3.Follow up with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders the proceedings of your work4.Responsible for quality and timely work5.Communicate with projects stakeholders on behalf the sales unit.6.Communicate with suppliers, expand range of offered products7.Manage and maintain a tender-stage offers pipeline and ensure all sales offers administration are current using JDE software8.Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner9.Manage actively and successfully the Offering process: respond to inquiries, selection of products, technical submittals and compliances10.Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all Offers are properly executed11.Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements12.Report monthly visits, projects log and projects status13.Create and be accountable for all customers Offers and any further documentation, following Debbas Electric procedure14.Ensure Debbas Electric LLC remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients15.Protect Company's value by keeping information confidential16.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations17.Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsSkills Needed:-Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Autocad)-Lighting Calculation-Commutation skills-Good English (Spoken & Written)
Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - Lighting skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in New Delhi

Required - Good command over English

Experience Required :

1 to 5 Year
