Responsible for planning initiating, tracking and completion of Service Delivery within committed time frame driven by effective interdepartmental coordination.Role:Initiate and implement project management procedures and methods based on analysis of past data and changing work environment.Intimate and follow-up with the respective departments on assistance/support required.Manage new customer connectivity.The current role includes partnership management with clients which involves activities like contract negotiation, coordinating with foreign carriers, operations framework planning, documenting process and procedures.KRAs:Cross-functional coordination with OandM, Network planning, NOC and materials to meet customer RFS dateIdentify recourse bottlenecks that delay link implementation and escalate the same to OandM and/or Network Planning.Proactively identifying avenues and improvements in the existing process to further strengthen service delivery.SPOC for all sales, pre-sales, implementation and post implementation activities for BBNL.Planning for new POI sites implementation for timely rollout.Responsible administrative activities.Coordination for activities related to project implementation.
Minimum Requirements
