Job Summary

Recruitments - The position would be responsible for recruitments across levels and functions as mentioned in the given specifications.The candidate would be required to source and screen candidates through various channels and methods. Sourcing would be online, through database management and headhunting depending on the assignment.The position is responsible for 1st and 2nd level screening using methods of resume screen, telephone and personal interviews.Client Management - Would be responsible for managing clients by the way of coordinating and scheduling interviews. May be independently and as a team responsible for client interaction by distant conversations or interpersonal meetings.Team Management - Would be required to work towards achievement of team targets. With experience and ability would be required to handle a team.MIS and#65533; Would be required to create and maintain relevant and required MIS.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate should have maximum of 1.5 years of experience into assessment, recruitments andion. Sourcing and screening experience through various channels is a must.Candidates with zero years of experience but with a flair for people assessment may also apply.Candidate must have good communication skills backed by focus and discipline. Must have keen learning ability combined with strong target and deadline orientation. Basic computer (Internet, MS Office) and number crunching skills are important.Education and#65533; Graduates with relevant recruitment experience.Fresh Post graduates across learning disciplines keen to make a career in recruitments.Professionals from diverse industries with client servicing experience keen to make a career into recruitments.
