Job Summary: Acts as a senior individual contributor responsible primarily for more complex delivery (eg: middle to senior level positions/ positions requiring certain niche skills). Does not have a team reporting to him/her but can utilize the team members of other Client Managers in case of junior level voluminous placements. The role involves sourcing of candidates through various sources and interaction with candidates (telephonic or personal), coordination and follow ups with clients and candidates.Responsibilities: Understand the requirements of the position based on client assignment briefings. Tap various recruitment sources like databases, job sites, advertisements in national dailies etc for candidate profiles, head hunt, network etc and conduct initial screening of resumes to check for candidate-position match based on work experience, qualifications etc. Conduct interviews (telephonic/ personal) to assess candidates for job match Conduct background check of candidates short-listed. Ensure resumes of the short listed candidates are presented to clients in structured formats. Liaise with candidates and clients to arrange interviews for the clients. Ensure closure of positions within target hire date through rigorous follow-ups and coordination with the client. Ensure timely invoice and collections to reduce outstandings Maintain and update status of all ongoing positions (status of interviews, candidates shortlisted for various rounds etc) Prepare various MIS reports like no. of placements/month, hit ratio etc as and when necessary. Coordinate with Accounts dept. for billing and collection related information. To develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies Coordinate with candidates for interviews and post interview follow ups Follow up with the candidates to ensure acceptance of offers. Keep in touch with candidates to ensure joining and maintain relationship thereafter. Develop close business relationships and generate more business from existing clients by ensuring high quality service. Assist the National Business Head to develop new businesses by conducting research on the local market to identify potential business opportunities and establish contact with them. Daily account management that includes: Understanding job briefs Coordinating to schedule interviews and post interview feedbacks and follow-ups Negotiating for closure of transactions wherever required and follow-up with for issuance of offers released Follow-up with for timely payments of invoices raised
Minimum Requirements
Postgraduate with 4 6 years experience in any discipline. Domain knowledge of industry focus of sales / operations / customer service. Recruiting knowledge is an added advantage IT Recruitment experience prefered.
