Job Summary

Recruitments and#65533;The position is responsible for recruitments or the middle and senior level mandates of various functions. These mandates would be provided by the clients of Elixir.Sourcing through various channels like online, headhunting, referencing to identify and tap the best fit profiles in the shortest times possible.Screening at various levels to match the organization and role fitments. Telephone and personal interaction to assess candidates with reference to the specifications and the candidates experience.Client Management and BDIndependent handling of clients and#65533; planning and driving the entire client interaction process either single handedly or as a team. Would be required to handle 2 to 3 clients.Identification of BD opportunities with existing clients and prospective clients. Preparing specific BD pitches and implementing them.Team Management and#65533; Depending on abilityManaging a team of consultants with varying experience. Technical and soft skill mentoring for team members aimed at empowering members to achieve their targets. Also responsible for 1st level HR management of team members.MIS and#65533;Development and maintenance of proper MIS that can help identify operational trends and bottlenecks. Responsible for participating in performance related forums and trainings. Depending upon abilities role may expand into taking trainings as well.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must have a minimum experience of 2 years into all aspects of recruitments and#65533; sourcing, screening and interview coordination. Client and team management experience is desirable.For candidates without recruitment experience, a client servicing background is critical. Professionals from sales and marketing backgrounds with strong target orientation would be preferred.Professionals from BPO/ BFSI/ Life sciences/ Telecom domains keen to explore recruitments as a career option are also invited to send in their applications.Candidates must have excellent communication skills with a penchant for steep learning. Must be process and goal oriented. Basic computer and number management skills are necessary.
