Job Summary
Qualification : CA
- Advise the management on revenue implications & savings arising out of specific provisions of laws/rules
- Corporate tax planning and advice management for any possible structuring, which is tax-efficient
- Advising on the amendments / proposed amendments and impact of the amendments on the business
- Ensure statutory compliance of laws & procedures through regular review at unit / regional levels and feedback
- Impart training to related staff in tax related areas requiring day today compliance through in-house workshops
- Drafting / Submission / Representation before various Government authorities / forums
- Compilation of timely MIS for indirect Tax compliance periodically
- Preparation and review of computation of Income-tax for various companies
- Liaisoning with concern go dept. and other third parties with respect to tax
- Responsible for a company-related tax matter
- To prepare all related MIS
- Knowledge in digital marketing - tax applicability on coupons, the campaign offers, etc
- Tax applicability on revenue service F&B and more importantly funding them
Qualification : CA
Experience Required :
Minimum 8 Years
