Job Summary
Responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and MIS support to Chairman s Office.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI or other analytics tools
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps

- High integrity, discretion, and trust to handle confidential information
Qualifications
- CA or MBA with 8+ years of business finance experience.
- High proficiency in financial modelling techniques and in Excel
- Experience in real estate preferred
- Experience with ERP, CRM, planning software preferred
