Job Summary
Role Purpose Drive and improve delivery for a specific set of growth accounts by leveraging innovative solutions, automation, and next-generation technologies. Ensure a robust talent supply chain to enhance customer satisfaction and foster organic growth. Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Oversee seamless project delivery across the assigned accounts. Develop and implement effective delivery strategies, considering budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Ensure strict adherence to project SLAs, security protocols, and contractual obligations. Proactively monitor and address internal and external audit findings to maintain compliance. Conduct regular reviews with the quality team to identify and resolve potential issues. Collaborate with Workforce Management Group (WMG) to optimize resource allocation and fulfillment. Conduct regular customer connect sessions and MRMs to understand evolving needs and provide feedback on delivery methodologies. Identify and resolve project issues early to prevent escalations. Plan and execute QBRs to drive improvement actions and identify new opportunities. Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor account performance. Drive delivery transformation by adopting new delivery models and fostering innovative approaches. Client Relationship Management Engage with clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling solutions. Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving. Share Wipro's capabilities and initiatives to address client needs and drive business growth. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to create compelling solution proposals. Support sales teams in acquiring new deals by understanding client requirements and providing relevant solutions. Delivery Governance Monitor project health, utilization, and revenue realization through regular reviews and MIS reports. Resolve project escalations and identify potential risks to mitigate revenue leakage. Provide insights to delivery leadership on overall account performance and critical issues. Revenue Growth Identify opportunities to deploy new technologies and solutions to drive revenue growth. Engage with clients to uncover new business opportunities and expand the existing portfolio. Support pre-sales teams in creating compelling solution proposals. Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new deals and increase revenue. Operational Excellence Automation Focus: Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. Implement hyper-automation and crowdsourcing solutions to enhance delivery. Innovation Focus: Adopt agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate delivery. Drive value-added services and showcase innovative solutions to clients. Foster a culture of innovation through idea campaigns and knowledge sharing. Knowledge Management: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives and best practice documentation. Implement knowledge management practices to improve team efficiency. Drive training and skill development initiatives to enhance team capabilities. Talent Management Demand Forecasting and Resource Planning: Forecast future resource needs and develop effective staffing plans. Collaborate with HR teams to recruit and hire top talent. Talent Development: Identify and prioritize skill development needs. Implement upskilling and reskilling programs to enhance team capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Team Management: Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and recognize high performance. Drive employee engagement and satisfaction. Manage team performance and address any issues promptly. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Proactively address stakeholder concerns and expectations.
