Job Description: Handling operations Forecasting on manpower requirements, Budgeting & projections Managing the team pertaining to sourcing suitable profile and achieving defined targets Upgrade our existing resources to meet the client requirements, standards, and demand. Vendor Management Identify cost effective methods for revenue generation Induction for new hires Adhere to timelines / resolve issues by maintaining internal and external network Strategic planning for Business enhancement and to optimize productivity Responsible for the P & L of the assigned revenue centre Branding initiatives Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices Requirements: Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude. Candidates having experience working with healthcare vertical is preferred. CTC Best as per Industry Standards
