Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying and generating leads in the US market to develop new business opportunities. Prospecting (via cold calling, emailing, and networking). Know and understand the assigned territory Set appointments with potential US customer's so that the manager can position the company s products and services to them. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue. Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed. Assist with strategy, creation and implementation of current/future marketing campaigns Work closely with sales managers/Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels. Enter contact information into contact management systems (when necessary) Provide support to social media efforts Strives to meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Report on weekly and monthly metrics. Maintain clean and crisp records of the activities, account details, and other sheets. Flexible to work in night shift Qualification: Eligibility: BCA/ B. Sc./Any Computer Science Graduate, fresher or experienced may apply Basic knowledge of Information Technology services industry is a plus Experience using CRM/sales software preferred Must have strong communication skills
