Job Summary
Sound JAVA understanding and ready to work in T-shape Agile team as Tester/Developer
Familiar with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipeline
Experience of running test activities on large agile projects, coaching test activities with teams
Experience in streamlining and improving test efficiency across multiple teams
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
Outside-the-box thinking with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table, bringing testing to the next level aligned with industry good practices
Thrive under-pressure and prioritize work accordingly
Experience in contributing to multi-national and virtual-teams in a matrix-structured international organization
Structured and uncompromising, inspiring change and leading teams throughout a complex organization
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills ability to communicate throughout the organization
Proficiency in English language skills required
