The job

As a Automation Specialist, you will have a big impact on the growth of the company because of the significant role you play in ensuring the successful adoption of Leapwork by our customers.
Your primary objectives will be to work with both leads and commercial customers on live chat and online sessions to help them with technical best-practices and troubleshooting, using your deep technical knowledge and understanding of our product.

Since Leapworkis a fast-growing company in a high-growth market space, you are expected to beflexible and perform a wide variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and resolve incoming automation queries with a high sense of urgency
• Coordinate among the different shifts in the organization for the customer issues and run smooth operations
• Mentor the team members on product features and their usage
• Should have knowledge for working with Remote machines and Network Architecture
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues with customers and resolve them
• Creating logical automation snippets for customers
• Deliver inspiring and engaging demos of Leapwork
• Help customers in onboarding and getting success with the product
• Create a knowledge base, training materials and provide community support to leads and customers
• Resolve lead/customers question and answers via online Q&A sessions
• Ensure that customer feedback is incorporated in Leapwork

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of proven, relevant Automation Experience.
• Should posses excellent communication skills
• Be experienced with test automation and software quality assurance in general
• Be experienced with at least one major test automation platform such as Selenium
• Be experienced with agile and DevOps processes, source control, database, and some programming
• Be experienced with Incident management tools such as JIRA.
• Able to drive scrum meetings for coordination and task management.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
