Being customer-oriented in this role means understanding the clients requirements by asking relevant questions, listening to them, spending time with them in their working environment, and with members of their team. It is often required for you to integrate yourself within their internal team so you should be flexible in your approach.

The role requires that you are analytical,can attune to a clients needs, can quickly understand their business processes, and translate them into an automation context. Your curiosity should be the driver for understanding the client's pains and identifying solutions. Lastly, you are empathetic and helpful by nature.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Automation Consultant, you will be responsible to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the LEAPWORK Platform and its functionalities
  • Develop workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs, Identify client needs, and showcase the best solutions
  • Perform test automation analysis, design, test creation, execution, and monitoring of the Leapwork test cases.
  • Reviewing customer's automated test scripts, providing guidance to customers in implementing best practices, and fixing design/script issues
  • Provide support to internal teams, customers, and partners Implementation teams throughout their project implementation phase
  • Define and install Leapwork in an enterprise environment with CI/CD integration
  • Learn and utilize new exciting technologies and how they integrate with LEAPWORK and help gather project requirements for integration with partner products
  • Deliver online and onsite training to customers
  • Document solutions and maintain best practices
  • Engage with clients in both technical pre-and post-sales activities to ensure LEAPWORK adoption, here are the type of engagements
    • Implementation(Remote, when possible and On-Site, when not) - these are short/long term implementation efforts, we would get involved in all needed roles
    • Flow Reviews- this is a detailed flow review as a service aiming to check Best Practices compliance and coverage
    • Workshops- Roadmap presentations, Best Practices presentations, presentation in user groups
    • Upgrade Readiness- Analysis of an existing system to prepare a LEAPWORK upgrade.

Required Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 7+ years of proven, relevant Test Automation Experience.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems and value-based selling.
  • Working Knowledge on Automation Frameworks, test automation strategy, automation effort estimation, and test automation prioritization.
  • Excellent Leadership and convincing skills, ability to lead a small team from time to time.
  • Working Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium Web Driver/VSTS/UFT/Any RPA tools etc.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming knowledge like C#/Java/Python.
  • Be experienced with agile, DevOps processes, source control, database, and CI/CD implementation.
  • Having knowledge of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Team City, Azure, etc. is a plus.
  • Should possess good presentation and excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Comfortable with both national and international travel -Willingness to travel 50-70%.
