The job

As a Automation Trainer, you will have a big impact on the growth of the company because of the significant role you play in ensuring the successful adoption of Leapwork by our customers. Your primary objectives will be to work with both commercial customers and our employees to train them technically.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and on-line training to customers and partners
• Host Webinar Session in Leapwork
• Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community
• Conduct trainings for corporates based on real life use cases
• Develop solutions for clients based on requirements
• Mentor Automation Specialists to enhance their domain/industry/functional knowledge and training delivery. Be a part of process enhancement/adherence in the training team
• Work with the project teams and account managers team to understand requirements/expectations from training session (i.e. project set-up, client requirements/expectations, etc.)
• Acquire, maintain & enhance expertise of key products from Leapwork
• Support Customer Experience and Customer Success teams in advancing business and demos for prospects as and when requested.

Requirements

• 4 to 9 years of proven, relevant Automation Experience
• Should posses excellent communication skills
• Experiencewith test automation and software quality assurance in general
• Experiencewith at least one major test automation platform such as Selenium
• Experience with Incident management tools such as JIRA
• Able to drive scrum meetings for coordination and task management
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
