What the job involves and what we expect:
The job involves servicing clients' digital marketing communications requirements of course. Most importantly, it requires you to play a key role in growing the client's business and managing healthy, growing relationships.
You must have the ability to take creative leaps from briefs and inspire the team to conceptualise and produce effective, holistic communication solutions for brands. Helping to launch whole new brands; new features; strategising and executing one-to-one advertising and campaigns across all digital channels including Social, web, email and mobile.
You should be able to collaborate and project manage work across a team of client servicing, copy, art and tech to develop and produce great results.
You should be able to manage, mentor and grow a team of client servicing executives.
