Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Play a key role in new business pitches and manage the effective onboarding of new clients.
  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging resources to enhance account retention and growth.
  • Needs Assessment: Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, documenting findings in Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze current marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools, track competitor activities, and provide insights for refining marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a top-tier management school.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in enterprise account management or business development within a SaaS environment.
  • Client Service Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts with enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in system integrations, requirement gathering, SOW documentation, and cross-functional project management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and deliver presentations effectively.
  • Sales Background: Experience in consultative sales or as a solutions engineer is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: A confident and dynamic personality that brings energy and a sense of humor to the team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, judgment, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under deadline pressure.

Qualification :
