Responsibilities Strategizing and owning the growth initiatives of the placement team. Experimenting with different outreach channels and gathering insights from them. Communicating updates, reports, and insights to the relevant stakeholders Analyzing the data and presenting it to the stakeholders for effective decision-making. Identifying the loopholes in the current process and coming up with solutions to improve the existing process. Conducting user research and market research and suggest new opportunities. Assisting the product teams in shipping new features for the internal teams and users. Opportunity to work on no-code tools like Retool, Zapier, etc. Requirements Is in the pre-final or final year of a bachelor's degree. Good knowledge of SQL and Excel. Good problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for early-stage startups. Good to have - Experience in B2B Sales, Growth, Product Ops, or Similar roles.
