About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product lead to join our team in a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the founder and CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the strategic vision through product. The person will drive product vision for the company and also work closely with all stakeholders to enable a transformative learning experience for healthcare professionals. This is an unique opportunity to be directly responsible for a global first product as OC Academy s business is unique.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Vision and Leadership:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company

Lead and mentor the product management function and design function,

fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define product goals and key performance

indicators (KPIs).


2. Product Development and Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch

evaluation.

Conduct market research and gather feedback to identify opportunities for

product improvements and new features.

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, business

goals, and technical feasibility.


3. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,

marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.

Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and the

broader organization.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

4. User Experience and Feedback:

Champion the user experience by understanding and addressing the needs and

pain points of students and educators.

Implement and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement and

innovation.

Ensure products are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with educational best

practices.


5. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.

Monitor product performance and make data-driven

recommendations for enhancements.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform

product strategy.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related

field. Master s degree preferred.

Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in product management, with a track

record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-

functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate

complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

Passion for education and a deep understanding of the e-learning industry.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project


Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a relatedfield. Masters degree preferred.
