Product Manager Job in Trustrace
Job Summary: As Product Manager, you will shape the future of TrusTrace platform and products. You will get a deep understanding of customer needs in your specific product area, study the competitive landscape and company strengths so that you can make sound product priority decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams and customers and prospects to maintain a running product backlog and convert their requirements into features that 'wow' the customers. You will work with the design team to build intuitive and beautiful products for customers which not only makes our existing customers happy but also makes your product attractive to prospective customers. We are a bunch of people who is trying to solve an environmental problem using technology and if your interest is in either, we will get along very well. Responsibilities: Contribute to a world class product vision and strategy for a product team by owning one or more product / product areas. Build compelling and high impact product capabilities, based on a deep understanding of customer needs & market trends, translating them into clear priorities and product roadmap. Drive the execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for product development including managing product requirements in a product backlog, giving product demos and working with designers to create beautiful user experiences. Partner very closely with High Performing UX and Engineering teams to build scalable software products that meet customer needs and on time with excellent quality. Ensure alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the leadership team's priorities and vision as well as team s stakeholders. Contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous start-up environment. Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision making. Own and maintain your product's adoption, engagement and performance metrics. Make an impact on a global scale while having a great sense of humour. Ideal Candidate Must-Haves: Passionate about the environment we live in, conscious of how we consume or simply care for the world we live in. Master s Degree with focus on Business/Computer Science/Information Systems, or related field and 2-4 years' experience in product management Previous experience with B2B SaaS products or supply chain products is a plus. Proven ability to 'get things done' in a cross-functional teams with an agile mindset. Ability to quickly build relationships with key partners (engineering, sales, marketing etc.) across the company. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives. Always (can't stress this enough) customer, end user, and impact focused. Be technologically curious to follow latest trends and technical capabilities.
