Product Manager Job in Rfpio Inc

The Product Manager is responsible utilizing feedback, understanding market trends, and identifying product gaps to improve the customers experience and value of the product. A successful Product Manager will extensive experience in product management, a proven track record of managing aspects of successful products and strong problem-solving skills.

As a member of this rapidly growing team, the P Product Manager will have a key and direct impact on RFPIOs product and will ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are clearly identified, continually focused on, and attained within the product team of RFPIO.

Essential Functions:

• Gain a deep understanding of the customers experience
• Identify and fill product gaps
• Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competition, current solutions, and strategic priorities to help define new offerings, create go-to-market strategies/plans and drive go-to-market execution
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve success following the business plan (including product development, marketing, sales, support, and executives) to ensure overall success of our products
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Other Duties:

• Interact with the Product Design Leader to discuss potential development of new products
• Interact with the Technology Team to discuss potential technical innovations to the product
• Receive and evaluate feedback from potential customers on product prototypes
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• 5+ years experience with software and technology product management
• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Proven ability to perform product demos to customer & maintaining relationship with key clients
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is an added advantage
