Product Manager Job Summary: As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our product roadmap and ensuring that the team is aligned with the company s overall vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure the product is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the customer's needs. Responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. Communicate the product vision and goals to the development team, stakeholders, and customers. Work with the team to define and prioritize product features, epics, and user stories. Ensure that the product meets quality standards and is delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly product designs. Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product requirements and priorities. Review and accept user stories and product features developed by the team. Work closely with the development team to resolve any issues and ensure that the product is delivered on schedule. Continuously monitor and analyze the product's performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions. Drive daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide updates on the product status and progress. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA. Experience with user research, user testing, and UX/UI design is a plus.
