Job Summary

Job Description:

Customer onboarding: help them setup product configuration and upload data

Conduct product training for various roles in the customer organization.

Technical/product Support: Address customer queries by phone, emails and helpdesk tickets

Contact customers to explain new features and help them upgrade to new plan

Collect feedback, testimonial, create case studies

Work closely with product and sales team

Skill Required:

1 to 4 years years of experience in software solutions in customer-facing role

Active listening skills and Effective communication

Ambitious, result-oriented and has great attention to detail.

Good to have:

Previous experience working with enterprise customers

Has worked at mid size startup

Experience dealing with International customers

Education background of Technology + Management studies

Experience Required :

1 to 4 Year
