Job description:

Customer Success at Infinite Uptime plays a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience and helping businesses succeed. The Customer Success Manager handles key accounts at multiple locations by interacting with clients at all organizational levels, anticipating responses and being proactive at problem-solving. The job entails visiting customers, executing training, understanding solution usage and helping users to better adopt and consume the solution with the objective of expanding business and creating brand loyalty.

The CSM needs to have a consultative soft-hand approach with a solutions mindset to foster greater business opportunities. All engagements will be data-driven where milestones will need to be created and achieved, outcomes will need to be clearly defined and completed.

Qualifications:

BE, BTech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)

5+ years. Younger candidates with relevant skills can be considered.

Experience in Customer Services, Engineering Services, Operations, Field Support

Knowledge of rotating equipment - bearings, couplings, motors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers,

Knowledge of vibration monitoring is preferable

Skills needed:

Excellent communication - Oral and Written English. Local language proficiency is preferred.

Experience in internal and external conflict management and escalation handling.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. He/she needs to work extensively on the same.

Ready to travel when asked.
