Role & Responsibilities:-

- Customer Retention: Adoption and sustained usage of the service is key to customer retention. You will need to work closely with the marketing team of the customer (corporate) to identify and rectify poor usage issues. This can be either because of technical or relationship issues. Develop and execute marketing strategies to cement the customer relationship.
- Up selling: The corporate customers will start with Tricog service with a smaller set of numbers. You will be responsible to create the path to increasing the number of devices up to the their potential. You need to work very closely with all the stake holders and make sure that perceive the value of Tricog service.
- Timely Payments: Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payments.
- Customer Satisfaction: Tricog needs to provide excellent service to these key accounts. This can be done by maintaining a good relationship and identifying potential issues well ahead of time. You will be expected to uncover key stake holders and develop a strong touch point schedule with them.


Secondary responsibilities:-

- Referrals - Generate referrals through existing customers and coordinate with Sales team to close the sale.
- Pre-Sales - Support sales team on assisting with enterprise sales through your accounts network and follow ups
