Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Lead Management:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads through various channels such as emails and phone calls
  • Qualify and assess leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit and potential


2. Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with leads in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to generate interest and set the stage for further sales discussions


3. Lead Qualification Criteria:

  • Apply established lead scoring criteria to evaluate the readiness of inbound leads for sales engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and update criteria as needed


4. Product/Service Knowledge:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.


5. Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide comprehensive lead handover documentation to ensure the sales team has all the necessary information.


6. CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and qualifications in the CRM system
  • Regularly review and update lead statuses to reflect the most current information


7. Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, response times, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the performance of inbound lead qualification efforts.


Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in inbound lead qualification
  • Freshers can also apply ( 0-3 years of experience)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp product/service features and benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

2. Experience in Advertising field
