Job Summary Responsibilities:
Lead multiple blended learning journeys by leveraging various digital platforms
Design relevant learning solutions by understanding the business context
Create knowledge assets (case studies, caselets, reading materials, videos, assignments, etc)
Curate relevant content from multiple sources
Facilitate sessions for suitable topics (depending on individual interest & orientation)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed
Is comfortable in partner identification and management
Knowledge of Instructional Design is an added benefit, but not mandatory
Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
