International Business Development Manager Job in The Odtech

What will you do?

You will be responsible not only to bring in new business but to ensure that we get continuous business by delivering quality work with the help of development team. You will be majorly working with team for US/ UK/ Australia markets. Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads through tale-calling/ web search/ internet marketing/ social media marketing/ reference, pitch products or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with contacts.

Skill set/ Experience

• Lead generation of potential Clients from US/ UK/ Australia markets.
• Cold calling the leads and presenting the product over the phone
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Carrying out email campaigns for the leads generated.
• Market Research on the Territories assigned
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in-person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Scheduling meetings with the prospects with our CEO/ President
• Following up with the prospects and maintaining a healthy relationship
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
• guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements
• Gathering market and customer information
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of business development experience.
• Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
