Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and social-media savvy Senior Recruiter to support our hiring needs at Tech Vedika.In this role you will focus on building sustainable talent strategies & talent acquisition.You will be relied upon to contribute towards the development of robust talent pools and create a positive candidate experience.
Taking direction from the Senior HR Manager,the recruiterwill support the Tech Vedika with supporting the full cycle of recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with all levels of management to identify staffing needs and to develop recruiting strategies to attract quality talent.
- Identify, source and maintain a pipeline of candidates through a variety of platforms: social media, job boards, networking, headhunting, etc.
- Provide appropriate feedback throughout the interview and selection process to advice hiring managers, ensuring an overall effective hire.
- Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Pre-screen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking system ensuring system is regularly updated including applicant status throughout the process, phone screen summary, and documentation of all feedback from hiring managers.
- Produce regular status reports for hiring managers.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Identify and recommend solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities and to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Provide general support as assigned to the HR department
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and4-8years of experienceincluding progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment in theInformation technology industrypreferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritise tasks, organise large volume of work, perform independently
- Proven organisational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a very fast paced environment
- Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases and ability to identify and access new professional networks required.
- Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment with stake holder management.
- Proven experience demonstrating the ability to act independently on assigned tasks and to exercise good judgement and flexibility with shifting priorities while serving the needs of employees and organisation.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices for recruitment and hiring
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required.
