Expertise in Account Management and Staff Augmentation, Talent engagement and development, Employee Relations, Strategic Staffing, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development. Expertise in Managing Managed Staffing Programs. In-depth Understanding of various Technologies. Understanding of various software and emerging technologies in the Information Technology Industry. Expertise in sourcing consultants from Job Portals. Expertise in recruiting candidates through social media platforms. Expertise with various ATS and VMS portals. Knowledge of various federal and state laws specific to sourcing and recruitment. Need to have Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field
