Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter. (Experience from CRO or Pharma Industry preferred)

Preference shall be given for immediate joiners

Job Description

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition and related HR activities for the organization
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
  • Partner with our Internal stakeholders to understand, forecast the manpower requirements
  • Assist management to develop a competent and engaged workforce which is aligned to corporate values
  • Identify, attract and recruit suitable talent within the defined timeframe with efficiency and consistency
  • Review the job descriptions; understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements
  • CV Sourcing using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc.
  • Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
  • Scheduling, co-ordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Responsible for offer roll outs and joining formalities like pre-employment health checkup, background screening etc.
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding experience of new joinees, provide necessary infrastructure, and resolve any issues arising out
  • Manage new hire orientations, and other trainings
  • HR Analytics and periodic reporting to the Management
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze the data with seniors
  • Partner with business heads for attrition management
  • Maintain and update MIS reports and other relevant reports
  • Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
