Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete hiring process from requisition to offer acceptance, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management for our Intern and Apprentice programs.
  • Campus Hiring: Identify target universities and establish effective relationships to enhance F5's brand awareness and achieve recruitment goals, with a focus on attracting top engineering talent.
  • Apprentice Hiring: Ensure F5 meets its Apprentice hiring needs, collaborating internally on the allocation of opportunities and developing sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Hiring Events: Plan and organize events that support our branding and recruitment efforts, including coordinating F5's presence at these initiatives.
  • Inclusive Hiring: Proactively engage in sourcing and attracting diverse candidates, ensuring an inclusive hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with F5's diversity and inclusion objectives, ensuring consistency in early career experiences and programs.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report recruitment and program metrics, providing analysis to refine future strategies.
  • Intern Onboarding & Conversion: Support the onboarding process for interns and facilitate the conversion process, maintaining engagement throughout their journey until they transition to full-time roles.
  • Program Management: Oversee the Intern program, coordinating onboarding, events, and reviews to ensure participants have a positive experience. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and act as a point of contact for early career hires. Support F5 Innovation HR in delivering the Apprentice program.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously develop new initiatives for F5 India Innovation's early career hiring and programs, positioning F5 as an employer of choice for emerging talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in university/early careers hiring within the tech sector, particularly in engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume university hiring processes effectively and deliver impactful results, including developing sourcing strategies and enhancing branding.
  • Program management experience in related fields, with a focus on Intern or similar talent acquisition/development programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with campus contacts and deliver engaging campus hiring events to drive employer brand awareness through various initiatives.
  • Exceptional candidate experience delivery through inclusive hiring practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with privacy requirements when managing candidate data.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Workday preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues locally and globally.

Qualification :
Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience.
