1. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle.
2. Sourcing & screening resumes, scheduling & interviewing candidates, line-up the final round of interview.
3. Calling/Emailing to the screened/short-listed resumes and checking their availability and interests.
4. To Roll out offers to candidate s time to time.
5. Managing records of all candidates in excel format.
6. Sending Daily Calling Report to my VP.
7. Maintaining folders, arrange sitting arrangement ,before joining of concern candidate.
Joining formalities:
1. Handling Employee Life Cycle.
2. Fill up PF, ESI, Gratuity, & Medi-claim nomination forms by New joinee.
3. Preparing of Appointment Letters.
4. Line up Induction program for new joiners.
5. Handover the Respective Candidate to their Manager.
6. Generation of Employee code, Employee ID Cards, Employee Official ID
Operations:
1. Probation Letter, Probation Extension Letters and Appraisal Letters.
2. Sending Communication to entire Organization.
3. Sending Birthday Wishes Mail to all Employees.
Exit formalities:
1. Conduct Exit Interview and help employee to complete exit formalities.
2. Handling Exit Interviews and Prepare Report s which Helps Organizations to Understand Lacks.
3. Issuing Reliving ,Experience letters and Salary Slips.
4. Mark Exit In Paybooks and Employee Master.
Pay Roll:
1. Maintain all data related to Employees Example: Employee Master, Payroll Data etc.
2. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance.
3. Update Leaves of each employee in Paybook.
4. Prepare Invoices.
5. Issuing Internship Letters.
Employee Relation:
1. Monthly One on One sessions with employees.
2. Organizing various employee welfare activities for events like Birth day celebration, Festival Celebration, Annual day Celebration, Cultural activities etc.
3. Organizing Reward and Recognition.
4. Solving Employees Problems.
5. Handling separation mechanism & providing the inputs based on Exit interview to management in view to strengthen the system.
Administration:
1. Keeping track of Stationery and House hold Items.
2. Ordering Required Items for the Company.
