Job Summary

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements- Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources or Engineering.
  • Approximately 5-7 year's experience implementing D365 HR most current versions
  • Hands-on working experience of core HR modules/processes such as Talent attraction, Recruitment Management, Employee Self Service, Leave Accruals & Approval, Performance Management, Training & Development, Skill Management, Organization Structure, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits
  • Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules
  • Knowledge of product customization process
  • Minimum one Full Life Cycle implementation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Working Environment:

  • Office or Work From Home environment, or customer site within or outside India
  • Up to 25-60% travel dependent on practice and geography
  • Dynamics D365 Certification or NAV equivalent
  • Dynamics 365 experience
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Project Accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills and MS Project
  • Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrates proficiency in practice technology. Understands business process and relates knowledge to product functionality.
  • Defines business requirements for technical solutions. Can identify & help design customizations, workaround or enhancements required to meet customer needs.
  • Leads project teams through design workshops and pilot environments.
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
  • Functional Skills:

  • Begins to utilize approved methodology phases, activities and tasks to deliver quality work products for clearly defined projects in one of the following areas Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Maintenance.
  • Begins to understand customer needs. Helps perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements.
  • Participates in creating project specific documentation.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer requests and queries.
  • Assists with training of users on new processes and products.
  • Provides excellent service to internal & external customers.
  • Actively establishes relationships with all levels within the customer organization.
  • Maintains continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and management. Openly listens to others and checks understanding.
