Job Summary

What you'll do:


  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations
  • Screen inner HR frameworks and information bases
  • Plan and carry out organization strategies
  • Make point by point provides details regarding HR costs
  • Supervising the entire hiring and employee onboarding process.
  • Understanding and setting the objectives for the Human Resources department.
  • Implementing and executing the company s policies and procedures.
  • Modifying the Human resources budget as per the requirements.
  • Preparing detailed monthly reports on various HR costs.
  • Overseeing HR databases and internal software.
  • Resolving all employee-related issues and queries.
  • Counselling employees as and when required.
  • Maintaining and updating the employee benefits programs.
  • Analysing and monitoring HR performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Suggesting new HR software based on the company s needs.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and modern technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.


Your Background:

  • Psychology Background or MBA in HR is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of employment and labour laws. Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and healthy working environment.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
