Job Summary

Responsibilities Articulate and technically demonstrate the company s products and solutions to clients and prospects Assist the sales team with customer meetings and presentations, as well as preparing proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to better understand their needs and provide solutions Identify areas of improvement in the company s offerings, including products, services, or processes Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop new solutions that satisfy the current and future needs of clients Act as a liaison between the sales and delivery teams, ensuring alignment of proposed solutions with the company s vision and customer requirements Remain up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive solutions Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant field Experience working in presales or technical support roles Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of IT solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once Familiarity with basic project management principles and tools Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
