Role and Responsibilities Management of IT infrastructure: 1. Hardware & software maintenance as per ISO 2. Asset Maintenance & Issuing as per requirement 3. Overall in charge of company s assets (laptop, monitor, load balancer, wifi router, telephone, biometric etc.) Admin Vendor Management: 1.Managing vendor relationships w.r.t procurement & supply of admin requirements. 2. Vendor selection process - hiring of new vendors. Stationery Management: 1. Overall in charge of Stationery. 2. To provide visiting & ID cards for employees as per requirements. 3. Maintaining records of Utility Payments, Printing of Stationery. Travel Management: 1. Travel Arrangements like visa processing, travel insurance, Ticket booking. Facility Management: 1. Responsible for accommodation, transport and food for visitors and new joinees. 2. Security, House Keeping, Pantry Maintenance. 3. AMC Approvals & Maintenance 4. Maintenance of UPS, Photo copy machine, AC, biometric device (follow-up as per AMC) & ensure that they are in good working condition. 5. Coordination for conducting employee welfare programs. Executive Assistant to Director: 1. Managing active calendar of appointments 2. Managing Expense Reports Monthly 3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries 4. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place 5. Maintain and organize documents Qualifications: Any Qualifacation of 2 to 3 yrs experience Skills: Interpersonal Skills Communication SkillsOth Negotiation Skills
