Job Summary
What will you be doing?
- Office Administrator is responsible for the daily administrative activities of office operations
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshment
- Manage the front desk/reception operations, acting as the first point of contact for guests, employees, candidates, and vendors as when required.
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized throughout the kitchen, conference rooms, stock and storage rooms/closest, and communal areas as when required.
- Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements, stocking supply stations, and making sure equipment is in working order as when required
- Maintain a list of visitors to the office.
- Provide ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events onsite and offsite.
- Maintaining Supplies - (Soft Drinks, Juices, and Office Stationery)
- Helping in Mailing shipments (Labelling and Packing)
- Photocopying when required in bulk.
- Helping with moving assets from reception to office.
