Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Business development:

Responsible for conceptualizing partnerships and alliances which are mutually
beneficial for the company and the alliance partner. Development of innovative
tie-ups will be a key expectation.
Oversee various aspects of forging alliances including financial viability, product
design, risk analysis, technology components etc.
Understanding the business model of the partner & provide inputs to create a
customized proposition.
Assess technical feasibility, market size, business opportunity for each alliance
and develop strong business case for the consideration of the top management
Undertake detailed cost benefit analysis of various proposed alliances across
parameters such as economic aspects, long term strategic aspects, investment
requirements etc.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across credit, finance, analytics, legal,
compliance and business teams to ensure envisioned partnership is materialized
within reasonable timelines.
Developing the long term alliance strategy of the company.
Analyze market & competition trends
Manage the needs of alliance partners and ensure a win-win proposition for
both parties.
Have oversight on the operating model for various alliances on an on-going
basis.
Identify and attend trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of
developments in the marketplace and develop business networks
Leadership & Team building
Build a talented and motivated team.
Ensure the team is performing as per expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams including product, operations, business, legal,
finance, etc.
Operational aspects:
Ensure inculcation of best practices to identify, track and nurture relationships
Ensure smooth functioning of day to day transactions across multiple alliances.
Responsible for achieving the company targets.

Classification: Internal

Work closely with product, credit and tech teams to build technology
capabilities required for serving customers better and create enhanced
customer experience.
Ensure all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Regular monitoring of business through reviews and planning sessions to ensure
strong pipeline and business volumes
Update the senior management and alliance partners regularly through relevant
MIS reports
