Job Summary Job Responsibilities: The Manager Business Development is responsible for driving sales and business growth within the region. Key responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, generating leads, and fostering strong client relationships. The role requires market research, proposal preparation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on aligning business offerings with customer needs. Achieve individual monthly sales targets as predefined. Conduct market research and generate leads using business promotion tools. Perform site surveys as part of the sales and proposal process. Manage corporate relations and maintain client relationships. Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations. Understand customer needs and provide tailored business proposals. Compile and submit documents as required for Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), or Requests for Quotations (RFQ). Track all business leads and tender submissions using the lead tracker. Prepare and submit detailed proposals with pricing based on client requirements. Negotiate with prospects in alignment with company strategies and profit goals. Ensure timely submission of Management Information System (MIS) and business reports for the region. Process agreements and contracts.
