Job Description: Head of Business Development (BDM) Chennai
We are seeking an experienced Head BDM Sales Professional to join our Chennai office. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Telesales to establish processes, build a high-performing team, and execute the CEO s ambitious global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly sales targets across assigned regions (US, Aus/NZ, UK).
- Drive quality leads and nurture high-value opportunities into the sales funnel.
- Segment potential clients by region, value, and product fit to maximize opportunities.
- Enhance sales operations by refining processes and leveraging data insights.
- Collaborate with the Director of Telesales on activities and strategic projects.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and provide support to senior stakeholders.
- Deliver timely reports on sales performance and activity progress.
- Lead and motivate a small, high-performing team of sales agents.
- Identify tools and resources to improve knowledge on technology, markets, and key players.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international sales of mid to high-value technology solutions.
- Track record of driving sales growth and building efficient processes from scratch.
- Ability to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets for volume and value.
- Strategic thinking with expertise in market segmentation and data utilization.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to build and inspire small, dynamic teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
