Roles and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales/operations
Mentor&Lead high performing team of sales consultants (PAN India)&business partners
Acquire new customers&manage existing clients to achieve QoQ growth&annual revenue goals.
Developing&execute sales, BD, marketing (digital & offline) and operation excellence
strategies.
Create&maintain high-quality pipeline of prospective training&consulting opportunities with customers by building a strong relationship with key decision-makers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Assess& map client organizations human capital development needs&offer off the shelf courses or offer solutions using virtual training, e-learning, classroom training or blended learning approach.
To acquire business from Pvt. Companies for organizations offerings like Content Sales, Training, Assessments, Coaching, etc
