Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager

  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with key decision-makers in defense organizations.
  • Understanding Customer needs, Expectations and challenges to tailor solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
  • Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
  • Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors.
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
  • Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
  • Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
  • Managing and selling Life Insurance in Defence & CAPF.
  • Motivate help them to generate business.
  • Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly to maintain positive relationships.

2. Business Development Manager/Senior Business Development Manager

  • To develop and Manage B2B customers by getting in touch with Defence Employee and take complete charge of all the Marketing and sales Activities in this field.
  • Meeting Higher authorities and decision Makers and giving them Presentation/Demo of the Products.
  • You will be Responsible for the Achievement of Targets that you accept from time to time.
  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate status on daily, weekly and Monthly basis via emails and calls in accordance with the strategic plan and goal.
  • Should have a good selling attitude, result-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Understanding the Business Requirements, Upcoming Projects and proactively scout for new projects within the target Market.
  • Provide Leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the team meets or Exceeds sales targets.

Requirements & Skill Set

  • Agency & Defence Channel Background.
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative (Mandatory only for Senior Business Development Manager/Senior Relationship Manager).
  • Good comprehension of insurance plans including medical etc.
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Must Be Confident.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Confident & Energetic.
