Job Summary

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of outbound calls (for US) based clients.

Identify prospective customers for the legal accounts.

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive

communication.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Provide and manage reports / data.

Requirements

Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.

Proven customer support experience or experience.

Exposure to handling queries with international clients (US / UK).

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
