Job Summary
  • Participate actively in supporting development of Strategic Plans for Aftermarket Business
  • Recommend and develop new synergistic business under the guidance of management
  • Develop and train team members for leadership and performance
  • Responsible for Aftermarket& Channel development to meet quarterly/annual targets & company's future growth plan
  • Ensure seamless New Product Development , Introduction and Execution for success
  • New Product Development in coordination with R&D
  • Vendor development and management Sourcing and Supply in coordination with Quality , R&D for traded products
  • Design and Execution of Market Strategy for Business Development and growth in sales with respect to existing business.
  • Channel Development and Management
  • Recommend Product Pricing, Warranty and Trade Margins
  • Preparation of the complete strategic business plan with respect to Branding / promotion, market penetration
  • New Customer Identification with new Territory mapping.
  • Collecting Market Intelligence/performing Competitor analysis and strategizing accordingly, coaching the internal team simultaneously.
  • Conducting Below the Line Activities: Implement and monitor of Sales promotion activity - Demo/ Dealer meet / Mechanic meet, new product launches to enhance maximum brand visibility & Image.
  • Training- Staff and Channel Partners
  • Conducting Market Research
  • Collection of Revenue against Sales.
  • Developing a competent internal Team.
  • Preparation of MIS and Reporting Sales Performance
  • Conducting Regular Sales Meets
