Job Summary Responsibilities: Prospect and Qualify Leads: Conduct in-depth research to identify qualified leads and utilize various channels (email, phone, social media) to reach potential customers. Needs Discovery: Engage in insightful conversations to understand customer challenges and pain points. Compelling Communication: Develop strong communication skills to present MyOperator's features and benefits in a compelling way. CRM Mastery: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within the CRM system. Process Improvement: Contribute to optimizing the sales development process for continuous improvement. Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our comprehensive suite of offerings and their capabilities. Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer communication strategies. CXO Engagement: Conduct effective discussions with CXOs and key decision-makers to influence their adoption of MyOperator solutions. Market Savvy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed sales decisions. Sales Collateral Development: Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral to effectively communicate MyOperator's value proposition. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus) Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer challenges Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM tools and sales productivity software Knowledge of the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions (advantageous) Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize team performance. Experience tracking and analyzing customer success metrics is a plus. Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
