    Job Description:

    • Personal interaction with clients on Booking, Quotation and Payment Schedule Preparation.
    • Ensures filled Booking Form by Client, signature from authority signatory on booking forms.
    • Preparation of receipt, updating the payment sheet & handover of cheque.
    • Follow ups with Bank for Loan sanctions of customers, initial Disbursements, demand payments.
    • Ensure all query from bank are addressed on a timely basis.
    • Sending Demand to Clients or Banks by courier and email.
    • Calling & e-mail coordination with customers & follow up for payments.
    • Preparation of daily collection report, Funds flow/ projection report.
    • Communication on possession after full payment.
    • Follow-ups for Maintenance payments.
    • Should be proficient in speaking in Hindi

    Skills Required:

    Should have good communication and negotiation skills with pleasing personality. Experience of handling customers and customer complaints. Hands-On experience in Sales Force will be an added advantage.
