    Job Description:

    • Assisting customers for site visits for technical queries
    • Checking up mails set up the priorities and highlighting seniors in replying the mails
    • Client Interaction regarding Modification works
    • Co-ordination with concerned departments and give clearance for the payment received against modification and inform the same to senior.
    • Preparation of modified drawing and issue the same to site with respective authorities sign
    • Conduct site visits on schedule, to ensure work on site is progressing as per design details
    • Customer complaint register and all documents relevent to handing over and customer service should be properly documented
    • Involved in Flat Takeover from the technical team and flat Handover to the customers
    • Maintenance of ISO related Files.


    Skills Required:

    • Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
    • Strong Interpersonal skills
    • Strong writing and presentation ability skills
    • Proficient in MS office and internet
